Your symptoms are an important part of the story. We take the time to explore the factors that may be contributing to how you feel, so your care is focused on the bigger picture, not just individual symptoms.

Nutrition, acupuncture, lifestyle support, supplements and other naturopathic approaches can be brought together in one individualized plan, with your care coordinated in one place.

Your care should have purpose and direction. Together, we create a practical plan with clear goals, helping you better understand your health and giving you the tools to support it long term.

Personalized support for fertility, hormonal health, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause, support through every stage of life.

Supporting heart and metabolic health, including cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, weight and other cardiovascular risk factors.

Get to the root of bloating, IBS, IBD, reflux, constipation, diarrhea and other digestive concerns with a personalized approach to better gut health.

Support for acne, eczema, psoriasis, allergies and other skin concerns, while exploring factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Individualized support for conditions including lupus, celiac disease, Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, MS and Graves’ disease, alongside your existing medical care.

I’m Dr. Meera, ND, founder of Ellastone Health, and I believe healthcare starts with taking the time to listen. I want to understand not only what is going on with your health, but what your everyday life looks like, because the two are often closely connected.
Maybe you’re feeling tired all the time. Your sleep isn't what it used to be. You're worried about your blood sugar, cholesterol or heart health. You're dealing with digestive concerns, persistent skin issues, or navigating an autoimmune condition and looking for additional support alongside your existing medical care.
Perhaps you're thinking about starting a family and want to support your health and fertility before trying to conceive, you're already on a fertility journey, or you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum or changing hormones.
Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong. You simply want to understand your health better, feel your best and take steps now to support your health in the years ahead.
Whatever brings you to Ellastone Health, we start with you.
Together, we'll look at your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, medications, bloodwork and the things that matter most to you. From there, we'll create a plan that is personalized, practical and realistic for your life.
I believe in combining naturopathic medicine with evidence-informed care and working alongside the healthcare you already receive. Depending on what you need, that might mean looking more closely at nutrition, lifestyle, nutrient status, stress and sleep, or incorporating treatments such as supplements, botanical medicine, acupuncture or counselling.
Most importantly, I want you to leave your appointments feeling heard, informed and clear about what comes next.
In-person and virtual appointments available.

Virtual naturopathic appointments are available for patients located in Ontario, allowing you to access care from the comfort and convenience of your own space.
Some services, including physical examinations and acupuncture, require an in-person appointment.
Naturopathic medicine is a regulated healthcare profession that combines evidence informed approaches with individualized, whole-person care. Naturopathic Doctors take the time to understand your health history, current concerns, lifestyle and goals to develop a personalized approach to your care.
In Ontario, becoming a Naturopathic Doctor requires extensive post secondary education and clinical training.
Naturopathic Doctors complete at least three years of university-level undergraduate study, followed by an accredited four-year, full-time naturopathic medical program.
Training includes biomedical and clinical sciences such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, diagnosis and physical examination, alongside naturopathic approaches including clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, lifestyle counselling and other therapeutic modalities.
The four year program also includes supervised clinical training with patients. Following graduation, candidates must successfully complete the required entry topractice examinations and registration requirements before becoming registered to practise naturopathic medicine in Ontario.
Patients seek naturopathic care for a wide range of health concerns, including digestive health, cardiovascular and metabolic health, blood sugar and cholesterol management, skin concerns, hormonal and women’s health, fertility and postpartum support, stress, sleep, autoimmune conditions, weight management and nutritional support.
Preventive health care is also a big part of Naturopathic medicine, so you do not need to have a specific health condition to book an appointment.
No. You do not need a referral from your family doctor to book an appointment with a Naturopathic Doctor.
You can book directly online at a time that works for you.
Your first appointment gives us time to discuss your health in detail. We’ll review your current concerns, medical history, medications and supplements, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress and your individual health goals.
This information helps guide an individualized approach to your care and any recommendations that may be appropriate for you.
Before your first visit, you’ll be asked to complete an intake form. This gives me an opportunity to understand your health history and allows us to make the most of our time together.
If you have recent blood work, imaging reports, a current medication or supplement list, or other relevant health information, please have these available for your appointment.
Yes. All new patients begin with an Initial Naturopathic Consultation.
This allows me to understand your health history and determine which treatment options are appropriate for you. Following your initial consultation, follow up appointments and acupuncture treatments can be booked as appropriate.
Treatment plans are individualized based on your needs, preferences and health goals.
Treatment options may include clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, nutritional supplementation, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy, counselling and coaching, and lifestyle modifications.
Yes. Many extended health insurance plans include naturopathic services, so you may have benefits available that you're not currently using.
Coverage varies between insurance providers and individual plans. Check your benefits portal or contact your insurance provider and look for “Naturopath” or “Naturopathic Doctor.”
No. Payment is made at the time of your appointment. You will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Coverage varies by individual insurance plan, so please check with your insurance provider if you're unsure about your coverage.
Naturopathic Doctors in Ontario can order certain laboratory tests when clinically appropriate. Some laboratory testing ordered through naturopathic care is not covered by OHIP, and any associated costs will be discussed with you.
Yes. Naturopathic care can be complimentary and used alongside the care you receive from your family doctor, specialists and other healthcare professionals.
Having information about your current medications, supplements, diagnoses and recent testing helps provide a more complete picture of your health.
Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to the full appointment fee.
This allows the appointment time to be offered to another patient who may be waiting for care.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all virtual appointments.
Your credit card information is securely stored and processed through Jane’s payment system. Ellastone Health does not have access to your full credit card number or card details.
Your card will only be charged for authorized appointment fees or in accordance with our cancellation policy.
